Mother baby photos are so special. A lot of moms (me being one of them) are the ones taking the photos of their children and are rarely in the photos. But it’s so so important to be in some of these photos. Your children will want to see you in the photographs with them. Newborn images are, in my opinion, the most important of all since newborn babies change so much over the first few weeks of life. They will never be this tiny or sleepy again. This little guy doesn’t look so sleepy at the moment though, does he?

Baby Will was born right around Thanksgiving so we had fun doing some holiday themed photos as well.
I think Melissa and Marc loved this part of the session. I’m going to get sappy for a second but I know they were definitely thinking Will really was the best Christmas present they could have asked for! He just looks so cute nestled on his little sleigh under the tree!
